1 1/2 c. Instant Rice
1 c. Cream of Celery Soup
1 c. Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 soup can of Water
1 Chicken, cut into pieces
1 envelope, Dry Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, celery soup, mushroom soup, and water together. Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Put cut up chicken on top. Sprinkle onion soup mix over everything. Cover lightly with foil.
Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.

My Grandma made this every Sunday. She had 10 children and everyone came over on Sunday to eat. She'd put it in the oven, go to church, and still have time to make the sides before everyone arrived. This recipe really reminds me of Iowa.
