Ingredients:  
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar; cream well
Mix together:
1-1/4 cups toasted pine nuts, ground
1/2 cup corn meal
1-1/2 cups flour
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; then add dry ingredients in thirds - mix well. Put dough on plastic wrap and roll it up into a log and chill for 30 minutes. Then slice and make 1-1/2” balls.

Mix together:
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
Lemon zest

Bake at 350º for 12 to 15 minutes. These have to be left on the cook sheet to cool before removing or they will fall apart. Roll in powdered sugar and lemon zest mixture.
