Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1-1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp. Salt.
1/2 cup lard or shortening
3 tbsp. Ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve salt in water. Cut shortening into flour with pastry cutter or two knives until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add ice water and work to a dough. Do not overwork. Form into 2 balls, then roll into circles and fit into pie plate.
