Ingredients:  
1 cup Flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup lard or shortening
2 tbs. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut lard into flour with two knives or a pastry cutter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Dissolve salt in water and work into flour mixture. Do not overwork. Form into a ball.

Roll out and fit into pie plate.
