1 ~ 4 to 5 lb boneless beef brisket

1T flour

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

2 cups beef bouillon

1 medium to large cooking bag

Add the following to your taste:
garlic powder
black pepper
Worcestershire Sauce


Directions:
Directions:
Oven 300º
Trim brisket, leaving a little fat.

Place flour and soup mix into the cooking bag; toss to mix.

Rub both sides of brisket with garlic powder, black pepper and Worcestershire Sauce.

Place the meat into the bag, in a 2-inch deep baking pan.

Pour beef bouillon into the cooking bag, moisturizing both sides of the beef.

Tie open end of cooking bag with string, make a small medium size hole in top of cooking bag.

Roast brisket at 300º until it is done, about 4 hours.
