Ingredients:  
1 stick softened butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 T cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
cup all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Cream together butter and sugar with electric mixer until fluffy and creamy. (approx. 3 minutes)

Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.

Add cocoa powder, salt and flour; stir until well combined.

Grease an 8-inch pie plate (butter/cooking spray)

Pour mixture into pie plate, spread to even the surface.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or till center is set.

To make it "gooey"-hand mix
To make it more brownie/cake like - use mixer.
