1 cup Butter, softened
cup granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Cinnamon
tsp. Salt
1 cups raisins
1 cup packed Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
3 cups Old- Fashioned Oats
1 cup chopped Walnuts (I use Pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat until well blended. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Gradually add to the butter mixture until well blended. Stir in oats and nuts.

Drop dough by cup fulls onto ungreased air bake 14x16 baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 350 oven 15 to 17 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Let stand 3 minutes before moving.

Variation: Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake 20 to 12 minutes or until edges begin to brown. This method makes about 5 Dozen.
