1 lb. Ground beef
2 cans (14.5 oz) Diced Italian style tomatoes
4 cans (8 oz) Tomato sauce
1 can (6 oz) Tomato paste (optional)
1 small onion or 1 Tbs. dried onion
1 Tbs. Garlic salt
1 Tbs. Dried parsley
1 Tbs. Italian seasoning
1 Tbs. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with chopped onion. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least one hour. Use tomato paste if you desire a thicker sauce. Sauce will thicken while simmering.
