1 box Mochiko sweet rice flour
1 T. baking powder
2 c. sugar
7 oz. shredded or flaked coconut
6 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. water
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
1 8-oz. container sour cream
1 stick butter (1/2 c.), melted

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350ºF.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a well greased oblong pan. Bake at least 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden brown. Baking times will vary. It takes 75 in my oven.

Note: You may want to place this on cookie sheet that has sides. As the bebingka bakes some butter may flow over the sides.
