2 lbs. of Chicken
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Milk
2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
1 10.5 oz. can Cream of Chicken soup
2 cups Chicken Broth, you can use the water the chicken was cooked in
¼ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chicken in a pot and cover with water.

Remove chicken, save the water, and let cool. Shred the chicken and place on the bottom of a 11x7- inch baking dish.

Whisk together the milk, flour and butter, pour over the chicken.

Whisk together the broth, soup, salt and pepper, pour over the chicken/milk mixture. DO NOT STIR!!!!

Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. Let set for a few minutes before serving.

Another favorite. Easiest way to have chicken and dumplings with out making it the "soup" way. The "dumplings" taste fantastic!
