1 pound Beef
1 jar (12 oz.) chunky Salsa
1 cup sweet Corn, drained
1 Tbsp. Tortilla chips, crushed and divided
2 cups shredded Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese, divided
¾ cup Salad Dressing (I use Mirale Whip)
Shredded Lettuce, optional
Tomatoes, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Brown meat; drain. Stir in salsa, corn, salad dressing and chili powder.

Layer ½ each of meat mixture, chips and cheese in a 2-quart casserole dish. Repeat layers.

Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Top with shredded lettuce and tomatoes.
