½ Butter
⅓ Sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp of dark rum
1 tsp of vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ unsweetened cocoa
1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter, sugar, and egg yolk in large bowl until light and fluffy
Blend in Rum and Vanilla
Stir in flour, cocoa and nuts; mix well.
Cover; refrigerate until firm, able 1 hour

Preheat oven to 350º
Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper. Shape dough into 1 inch balls
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until firm.
Remove to wire racks to cool.

Roll in Powdered sugar.
