One can garbanzo beans
One can black beans
One Can Corn
One chopped Jalapeno, seeds removed
3 green onions
1 cup low fat Italian dressing

Directions:

Open cans and drain. Wash beans. Add Jalepeno and onion and add dressing. Mix and serve.
