Potato Salad Recipe

2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes
cup mayo
cup chopped sweet onions
tsp. sugar
⅛ cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
tbsp.. salt
tsp. pepper
4 hard boiled eggs chopped
4 snipped chives
handful bacon bits
handful raw frozen peas defrosted

Boil potatoes in salted water until done.
Combine mayo, onions, sugar, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes to the dressing while still warm. Gently fold in the eggs, bacon, chives and peas.
