1 chopped onion
2 tsp. chopped garlic
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 lbs. ground turkey/drain fat
2 cans tomato soup
1 can Goya dark kidney beans
1 can Goya black beans
1 can Del Monte diced tomatoes (basil/garlic/oregano)
tsp. cumin
1 tsp. sugar
tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. ketchup

Brown turkey and drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
