First fry sausage (about 2 lbs)
Then neck bones
Then make meatballs:
2 lbs ground meat
3 eggs
salt, pepper, minced onions, onion salt, parsley and lots of cheese

Blend ingredients before mixing in eggs. Add eggs. Cover with bread crumbs. Season to taste. Wet hands and make balls. Brown balls in grease from the other meat.

Cut up 2 cloves of garlic
1 small onion diced
1 can plum tomatoes, smooth in blender
3 small cans tomato paste

Put garlic and onion in the grease from the meat, scrapping bottom. Brown well. Pour plum tomatoes on the onion mix. Add paste, rinsing out the can with water. Add 1 bay leaf and a glass of wine. Simmer at least 2 hours.
