1 lb. box elbow macaroni
Mild cheddar cheese (block or shredded), as much as you like (several cups)
2 eggs
3/4-1 cup of milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9x13 dish. Boil macaroni 8-10 minutes, drain. Pour a layer of macaroni noodles in the 9x13 dish, and then top with a layer of cheese. Continue layering until dish is full. In a separate small bowl, mix eggs and milk. Then pour mixture over noodles and cheese evenly. Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Salt & pepper optional.
