Ingredients:
Saltine crackers
Peanut butter (creamy)
miniature or regular size marshmallow
Hershey chocolate bar (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Take as many saltine crackers as you would like and spread Jif creamy peanut butter on them. Place 5-6 miniature marshmallows on each cracker, then top with another saltine cracker. Place in preheated oven, 250º, until marshmallows are very soft and melted some. Serve warm.

OR:

Prepare saltine cracker as above. Place 1 regular marshmallow or 5-6 miniature marshmallows on top of each cracker. Place in oven under broil. Let marshmallow get golden brown on top (this does not take very long at all so watch closely). Remove from oven and top with another saltine. Enjoy while warm!

May add a piece of Hershey's candy bar, if desired, between crackers.
Good after school snack!
