3 Eggs
1 c Milk
c Whole Wheat Flour
2 T Cornmeal
3 Green Onions, chopped
1 c Shredded Cheese, Swiss or Cheddar
3 T cooked Bacon Bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.

Spray a 9-inch pie plate with non-stick spray.

In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, and cornmeal. Blend for 30 seconds, until well blended.

In the prepared pie plate, gently toss green onions, shredded cheese, and bacon bits. Pour the milk mixture over the cheese mixture.

Bake for 20 to 22 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
