1 c sugar
˝ c wesson oil
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 t. Vanilla
1 ˝ c flour
Pinch of salt
1 t. Soda
1 t. Cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, oil and butter. Add egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Chill dough 2-3 hours. Make balls walnut size. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake 350 10-12 minutes.
