2 c sugar
⅔ c milk
⅓ c cocoa
2 T light corn syrup
t salt
2 T butter
1t. Vanilla
c nutmeats

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Stirring Constantly. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add butter. Cool to lukewarm without stirring. Add vanilla. Beat until thick and no longer glossy. Stir in nutmeats. Pour in buttered 8x8 pan.
