4 med yellow squash, peeled
to c. milk
1 pkg. saltine crackers
1 med chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
5 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 egg
tsp.thyme
tsp. rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash and boil until almost done. Crush crackers; mix the spices, onion, egg and milk with the crackers. Add squash to cracker mixture, Put in a baking dish. Cut up cheese and spread on top or layer. Bake at 350 until done.
