1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1/3 cup minced onions
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 Tbs snipped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Worcester sauce
1/4 cup shortening
1 bottle (10 oz) grape jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 9 ingredients. Shape into 1” balls. Melt shortening. Brown meatballs. Remove meatballs and pour out fat. In skillet combine chili sauce and jelly. Stir constantly until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and stir until coated. Simmer 30 minutes uncovered. Serve using toothpicks.
