3 lbs. Chicken Wings
3 Tbsp. Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
⅓ cup Soy Sauce
⅓ cup Oil
1 tsp. Ginger

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a plastic bag and marinate overnight.

Heat oven to 350. Place chicken on a rack on a cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour.

This is a simple and easy recipe. I have also taken chicken breasts or tenders instead of the wings and made it as a main dish. I absolutely love these and have never had any complaints other than there isn't enough.
