4 dried black oriental mushrooms
¼ lb ham, slivered
½ cup bamboo shoots
1 tbs soy sauce
4 cups chicken stock
1 green onion finely chopped
salt
ground white pepper
1 cup finely sliced bean curd
3 tbs red wine vinegar
2 tbs corn starch mixed with 2 tbs cold water
1 egg slightly beaten
1 carton bean curd (tofu)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak mushroom in warm water until soft. Slice thin. Combine mushroom, ham bamboo shoots, soy sauce and chicken stock. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add bean curd and vinegar. Bring to boil again. Stir in corn starch and cook until soup is slightly thickened. Slowly add egg, stirring. Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil and tofu.

To serve: Ladle in bowl and garnish with green onion.
