Fugazza (Stuffed Italian Pizza) Recipe

2 lbs pizza dough (can be bought)
2 lbs hot italian sausage
3 large white onions
1 lb mozzarella cheese
6 oz. romano cheese
2 cloves garlic
cup egg wash
Lawrys Garlic Salt
Optional: green peppers and mushrooms

Preheat oven to 450.

Remove casing from sausage and fry. Separately fry vegetables and garlic.
Carmalize sliced onions.

Roll out dough and layer ingredients on dough. Fold over and seal.
Pierce top
Bake 35 to 40 minutes until top is light brown.
Egg wash the top and sprinkle with Lawreys
Bake 2-3 minutes more.

Let rest for 10 minutes
