Clean 4 things on the defrosted squid:
Eyes, Coolie, Backbone and Ink Sack

2 gloves garlic minced
2 small onions
Pickling spices wrapped in cheesecloth about the size of a walnut
2 cans Plum tomatoes run through a blender
3 cans tomato paste
2 cups wine (red)

Directions:
Directions:
Put a bit of oil in a fry pan and brown the squid. Transfer to a big pot and add a little salt.

Put garlic and onion in fry pan add the pickling spice ball. Add the tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook about 45 minutes with spices. Add to the squid with 2 cups of wine. Cook at least 2 hours..

Serve with spagetti
