2 c Sugar
2 sticks Butter
5 Egg Yolks
1 c Angel Flake Coconut
2 c Sifted Flour
1 t Soda
1 c Buttermilk
1 tsp Vanilla
5 Egg Whites
1 c chopped Nuts
ICING
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 sticks Butter
1 box Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c Coconut
1 c chopped Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
CAKE
Cream together sugar and 2 sticks butter. Add egg YOLKS, one at a time. Add coconut, flour and soda alternating with buttermilk and vanilla. Beat egg WHITES and fold into mixture. Fold nuts into mixture.
Bake 25-30 minutes at 350

ICING
Cream together cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Add vanilla, coconut and nuts.
