3 Potatoes, cut in chunks
1 Onion, chopped
1 Bell Pepper, chopped
3 Cloves of Garlic, chopped
2 Stalks of Celery, chopped
1 Hot Pepper
1 can Chopped Tomatoes
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Tomato Juice
tsp Cayenne Pepper
3 tsp Salt
tsp Paprika
Pinch of Sage
Pinch of Oregano
Dash of Olive Oil
1 tsp Dried Parsley

Heat olive oil in pot with onions, peppers, garlic and celery. Wilt good. Add potatoes, tomatoes, mushroom soup and tomato juice. Add seasonings and cook until potatoes are done. Also add water to thickness you like.
