Ingredients:  
1 Onion, chopped
1 Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Celery Stem, chopped
2 or 3 cloves of Garlic, crushed
½ - 1 lb Ground Round
16 oz can Diced Tomatoes
½ c Rice
1 tsp Chili Pepper (or to taste)
1 c Water
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
2 dashes Soy Sauce
Salt to taste

Saute onions, bell pepper, celery & garlic. Add meat and brown good, then stir in tomatoes and water. Mix well. Add rice and rest of ingredients. Cook for 30 minutes on medium heat or until done
