cup (1 stick) butter
1 garlic clove minced
8 ounces fresh or frozen Alaskan crabmeat, drained and separated
4 oz shrimp
1 cups whipping cream
cup grated parmesan cheese
tsp coarsely ground pepper
Salt
12 oz. fettuccine cooked and drained
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute until golden. Stir in crabmeat and shrimp, cream, parmesan, pepper and sale and stir until well blended. Pour crab sauce over fettuccine in large service bow and toss well. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
