Ingredients:  
1 clove garlic
1- 2 oz. tin anchovy fillets
¼ tsp Dijon or dry mustard
¼ tsp worcestershire sauce
8 oz. Olive Oil
1 coddled egg
4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
¼ tsp ground pepper
1 large head of romaine lettuce
1 cup croutons
¼ cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash and dry lettuce, chill
2. Rub salad bowl with garlic clove; crush garlic into bowl
3. Add anchovies; mash with a fork
4. Add mustard and worcestershire sauce
5. Break egg boiled 1 minute (or use raw) into the bowl
6..Add olive oil, lemon juice; pepper

Add chilled lettuce. Mix add croutons and parmesan cheese.
