3 ears sweet corn, cut off cob
2 large ripe avocados, diced
1 small red onion, cut in large pieces
2 seeded jalapenos, cut in large pieces
1 t. granulated garlic
1/3 c. cilantro leaves
olive oil
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop red onion, jalapenos, and cilantro in food processor. Add mixture to corn kernels and diced avocado. Mix well and add small amount of olive oil and salt and pepper. Sprinkle with fresh lime juice if needed.

Great on grilled chicken or pork tenderloin.
