Dressing
½ tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 tbsp sugar
¼ cup of red wine vinegar
½ cup salad oil
dash of Tabasco
pinch of parsley flakes,
Mix well and chill

Mix greens, romaine lettuce, spinach including iceberg
1 tin of mandarin oranges
¼ cup of slivered almonds
4 tsp of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook almonds and sugar over low heat until sugar is melted. Let cool
Mix greens and add 1 can of drained mandarin oranges. Add slivered toasted almonds and mix well.
Pour salad dressing over the salad prior to serving or serve salad individually, smaller portions with salad dressing.
