c onion
1 egg, beaten
1 T vegetable oil
Soy sauce
Leftover cooked meat (pork, beef, poultry)
3 c cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in vegetable oil. Add approximately 2 T soy sauce and beaten egg to skillet. Stir mixture constantly until egg is cooked and in small pieces. Add meat and 2 T soy sauce, stirring until meat is warm. Add cooked rice and more soy sauce to taste, blending ingredients throughly.
