1 to 2 lb round steak
c. flour
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
2 T. oil
1 (8 oz) can undrained tomatoes
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 lg onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into serving pieces. Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Coat meat with seasoned flour. In large fry pan brown meat in hot oil. Add remaining ingredients; simmer, covered, 1 to 1 hours or until tender. Serve with potatoes or noodles.
