Roast

Directions:
Directions:
• Put foil in pan.
• Lay roast in pan. Season if desired.
• Rub onion soup mix on roast.
• Can of cream of mushroom soup. Pat around roast.
• Pour about˝ toľ soup can of water. Pour around roast.
• Put potatoes, carrots, and/or onions around. Make foil bundle. Try to make sure all steam stays inside foil.
• Cook on 250 to 300 for around 4 hours at least.
