3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats (I use Quick Quaker oats instead 1 min.)
1/2 to 1 c. nuts chopped
1/2 c. oleo and butter softened
3 5/8 pkg. (4 serving size) butterscotch pudding and pie filling
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
16 oz. (2 c.) pumpkin
2 eggs

Heat oven to 350º. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. In a large bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, nuts, oleo and pudding mix. Blend well. Press mixture into bottom of ungreased 9x13 pan. In same bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Blend well. Pour over crust. Bake at 350º for 35-45 minutes or until knife or toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool, cut into squares. If desired, top with whipped cream or ice cream. Refrigerate.
