5 lbs. chili meat or ground beef
3 large onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced or 1 T. garlic powder
3 envelopes chili mix (Williams brand is best)
2 T. cumin
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
4 c. water (or more if needed)
3 T. powdered cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onions, and garlic until brown. Drain fat. Add chili mix, cumin, tomatoes, and water. Mix. Taste to add salt. When chili is almost done, stir in the powdered cocoa. This gives it a deep rich color and flavor.
