1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar

Mix ingredients and put in the bottom of a 9" spring pan up 1" on sides. Bake at 350º for 6-8 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
 

FILLING

3 8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all filling ingredients and pour into crust. Bake at 350º for 55-60 minutes or until edge is set but center still moves slightly. Top with topping.
 

TOPPING

2 c. [16 oz.] sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
vanilla

Spread topping over cheesecake. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool overnight. Remove side of spring form pan.
