¾ c. butter flavor Crisco
1 ¼ c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 C. milk
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick oats
1 c. flour
½ tsp. baking soda
½tsp.salt
¾ tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine Crisco, brown sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix in creamed mixture at low speed until just blended. Stir in nuts. Drop by rounded spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart on a baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned.
