c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
tsp. baking soda
c. butter flavor Crisco
3 Tbsp. milk
1 egg
tsp.salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Add egg. Beat until blended..
Combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix just until blended. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls two inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet. Flatten slightly in crisscross pattern with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees 7 to 8 minutes or until set and just beginning to brown.
