Nine Layer Dip Recipe

2/3 cup sour cream
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Dash salt
1 16 oz can refried beans
1 cup shredded cheese
cup guacamole
2 green onions, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
1 cup shredded cheese

On the side: Salsa

1. Combine the sour cream, cumin, cayenne pepper, paprika and salt in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
2. Heat the refried beans until hot, using a microwave or in a saucepan.
3. When beans are hot, spread them over center of platter or shallow dish.
4. Sprinkle of the cheese on beans.
5. Spread guacamole over cheese.
6. Spread seasoned sour cream over guacamole.
7. Sprinkle green onions, then tomatoes over sour cream layer.
8. Finish up by sprinkling remainder of the cheese over tomatoes and topping the
Dip off with cilantro.
