2 lbs. chicken wings
cup soy sauce
cup sake
cup sugar
tsp crushed red pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp grated fresh ginger root (do not use ginger powder)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each chicken wing into 3 parts, separating at the joints. (Freeze the tips and use for broth). In a 12x8 baking dish, mix remaining ingredients. Add chicken wings and turn to coat well. Let marinate for at least 1 hour turning occasionally. (Can be prepared in advance, Marinate refridgerate 24 hours).

Preheat oven to 375. Bake chicken uncovered for 1 hours, turning occasionally
