2 pkgs. King Kold Cheese Blintzes (defrosted)
lb butter
4 eggs well beaten
1 cups sour cream
cup sugar
tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbs orange juice (optional)* I don't add this

Directions:
Directions:
Melt lb butter in a 2 quart casserole and place the blintzes over butter in one layer.

Blend the other ingredients with well beaten eggs and pour over the blintzses.

Bake 45 minutes in 350 oven or until top starts to brown.

Serve with powdered sugar, strawberries, raspberries or sour cream.
