3 egg yolks
6 tbsp. sugar
¼ tsp. salt
¼ c. Grand Marnier©
2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg yolks, sugar and salt in a small saucepan - mix well. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly 2-3 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in Grand Marnier©. Let cool. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold into Grand Marnier© mixture. Cover and chill 1-2 hrs. Serve with assorted fresh fruits.
