Ingredients:  
1 can red kidney beans ( can substitute black beans)
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 avocado diced
1/cup diced tomato
juice from 1 lime
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup salsa
3 cups Bowtie pasta or wheel pasta ( prefer wheel)
1 cup chicken or steak ( or leave it our)
1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 6 ingredients in small bowl, set aside. If you made ahead, chill it.


Mix the salad dressing and (mayo and salsa) together and pour over pasta. Chill.


Before serving add vegetables to the pasta, toss with cheese, meat and cilantro. Serve with lightly crunched tortillas.
