1 T, olive oil
cup onion
green pepper
1 T chili powder
t, oregano
⅛ cup picae sace (Buzz and Trina's yau can
get it)
cup saue any kini
1 cup frozen hash browns
4 eggs
2 slices Velveela (yes, we like Velveeta)

saute onions, pepper and spices until tender.
Add picante sauce and sausage.
Cook until brown.
Add hash browns and cook until hash browns are tender
add eggs and cheese.
Cook until eggs are fluffy and take off of burner.
Serve with warm tortillas and tabasco (ran als use refried beans).
Serves 4
