2 lbs. chicken wings, tips removed
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. each salt and pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece fresh ginger root (about 1 inch) peeled and finely chopped
1 cup 2% plain yogurt
1 tsp. lemon juice

Prepare marinade: Place wings in shallow dish, cover with marinade and refrigerate for 12 hours or overnight. Arrange wings on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 30-40 minutes or until brown.
