11/3 cup of plain flour
1 cup of unsalted butter( room temperature)
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and sugar in large mixing bowl with a wooden spoon, sift and flour. Use hand to mix all ingredients together quickly, do not handle for too long.
Place dough on wooden chopping board dusted with flour, form dough into rectangle shape one inch wide and one inch high. Wrap dough in plasit saran wrap and place in freezer for 200 mins. Remvoe and slice into cookies size pieces approx 1/2 inch thick.
Place in preheated oven on the flat tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for approx. 30=35 mints until shortbread starts to slightly brown.
remove and place on a wire tray to cool.
